The client brief is what the creator is given by the client - it includes design briefs, meaning and more.

It includes what the client wants in terms of quality, contents, theme, message(s) and more - it also includes specific requirements such as (in the case of a video-on-demand[VoD] product) timescales, storyboard, script, morale and more.

In short, the purpose of the client brief is to;

• Inform the developer what they have to do in terms of design, quality and form
