Exporting JPEG's in Indesign [PC and Mac]

Exporting JPEGs in Adobe InDesign
Using InDesign, I can export JPEG's using;
Windows PC - File>Export As>File Explorer>Save As File>JPEG>Save
Mac - Apple Menu>File>Adobe PDF Presets>Define>Save to Finder
OR the keyboard shortcut ⌘ + E

 The difference between exporting and saving is that, when exporting, you are downloading a finalized product onto your device (such as JPeG/PNG), whereas when saving you are simply saving a draft project onto your device (such as PSD/InDesign file).
